At Seventh Chord Coffee, we take pride in roasting fresh, high-quality coffee and delivering it promptly to our café partners . Our delivery and shipping practices are designed to ensure freshness, reliability, and full transparency.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND ROASTING SCHEDULE.
All café orders are roasted to order to maintain maximum freshness.
Orders received before 5:00 PM (IST) are typically roasted and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES.
LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN CITY LIMITS)
Delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch Depending on volume, we may schedule fixed weekly delivery days for partner cafés.
DOMESTIC DELIVERIES (OUT SIDE CITY LIMITS)
Shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on location and logistics availability.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier rates.
For bulk café orders, negotiated rates or fixed monthly logistics plans may apply. Any additional surcharges (remote area charges, volumetric rates) will be communicated in advance.
4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CAFES (MOQ)
Standard café MOQ: 1 kg per SKU, unless otherwise agreed.
Larger weekly or monthly orders can be consolidated for more efficient shipping.
5. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
Once the shipment is marked delivered, Seventh Chord Coffee is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages.Cafés are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the order during business hours.
6. Freshness & Storage
All coffee is sealed immediately after roasting to preserve freshness.
Cafés are advised to store coffee in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive: Damaged packaging, Incorrect products, or Missing items,
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or corrective action promptly.
8. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather disruptions, Logistic partner issues, Festivals or national holidays
Remote location restrictions. We will keep you informed and share updated tracking details.
9. Pickup Option (If Applicable)
Cafés may choose to pick up orders directly from our Roastery by prior appointment. Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
